If in the rare instance we have no shoppers available in a specific region, we obtain them through personal reference or from reliable industry sources. We gather information regarding our shopper's level of education, employment history, and mystery shopping experience. A shopper's profile is complied with information on everything from clothing sizes to bilingual ability, to help us select the shopper best-suited for each assignment. Prospective shoppers are required to submit a sample shop before we put them in the field. Ongoing…every evaluation submitted by a shopper is given a numerical rating by Beyond Hello staff that reflects the cumulative quality of the shopper's work.
